Contribuisci feedbackI got a six inch sub, sandwich with cold cuts. Asked for guacamole 2 scoops. . When I sit down to eat, my sandwich was everywhere. But not in my mouth. Not happy. More napkins please. Service was bad. .
So my fiance and I walked into this subway and got greeted like normal. Well the one lady that was already standing up front working, had a line forming and asked for help. So the manager Deb walks in and starts to help at the register not even with thesandwiches. I start to ask for what I wanted on my sandwich, and the girl asked her how she would ring it up. I like mysandwiches complicated so I wasn't to concerned at first. But when the general manager couldn't figure out how to ring mysandwich up I told her I wasn't even concerned about the price that she could just double meat it. She then rolls her eyestowards me, and yells at me. Now I've been in customer service a long time. And I've always been told the customer is almostalways right. I them found out that she was extremely rude to my fiance as well. At the end of our transaction she tried sugarcoating the end of the interaction by being sweet. The ONLY reason I gave this place a 2 star, is because the lady up frontlooked short on experience. Probably due to that general manager Deb not trainer her properly. And the food was decent. Thatgeneral manager needs to go if that store is going to survive.
Very friendly staff. Co-located in the Pilot Travel Center. This location does not accept the Subway App or corporate discounts. Restrooms were below average for a Pilot Center or Subway Restaurant
Order my food I say thank you 3 times the young lady Jayme who rang me up wouldn't even say your welcome that type of thing bothers me
This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a Subway and we are no strangers to this franchise. My family and I were traveling and needed to make a pit stop. We noticed the Subwayas we pulled into convenience/gas station as they share thebuilding. It has a smaller dining area than most and with COVID that made seating very limited but most people were grabbingfood for the road being this is a semi-truck stopbut don't be to quick to judge a book by it's cover. We were treated likefamily at it's best. Sandwiches lacked nothing. Wish this was my normal Subway! 5 stars for terrific service and delicious food!
