Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

This was my first order from Freddie's. I opted for a single hamburger with mustard and pickles. Despite being the only customer in the drive-thru, it took about 5 minutes to receive my burger. I turned off the car and waited. When the young man handed me my order, I noticed the bag was quite large. The hamburger tasted good, though it was quite greasy, and there were no napkins included. I might consider trying one of their desserts in the future, but I probably won't order hamburgers from them again.

I had lunch with my family today. There was a mix-up with our order, but it was quickly and efficiently handled by the young man in charge. The food was delicious. Great job! Thank you!

I wanted to update my review because I just had another wonderful experience at Freddy's. The BBQ Bacon Burger is amazing! The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. If you haven't tried Freddy's yet, you definitely should— the food is excellent, and the employees are always a joy to interact with. However, during my visit on February 24th, I did notice that the restaurant was locked at 4:15 PM without any signs on the door, which was a bit confusing as the people inside were just staring at us. Despite that, the customer service was fantastic, and the staff maintained great communication. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Freddy's!

I'm sure Freddy's fan. My favorite could be the hot dogs and the lemonade. I was there on the 4th at 2:00. This was one of the few places that were open on holiday to get food. There were three women working, and they got their ass. The line was wrapped around the parking lot and the lobby was full. They have to be recognized how hard they worked. They were definitely undermined for demand.

Went at a non rush time, 4pm. Order was filled incorrectly, received shake instead of Sundae, trash cans are overflowing, floors were slick from grease or something, bathrooms were out of toilet paper and paper towels in dispensers. But at least omeone had set out rolls nearby. Custard tasted good at least. Saw plenty of staff (at least 8 within eye sight, shift change? so not sure if they just had a busy day or what, but it was a sad experience.
