Generations Cafe In Higg - Collinsville

The biscuits are not cooked through, they are half cooked and half dough. Me andhubby asked if wee could give them back because of the tast of dough. The waitress wanted to argue about the doughy biscuits. We asked if we could just get an order of pancakes, knowing breakfast was almost over. Waitress took plates walking away speaking loudly, well I don't know if we can do that, breakfast is almost over. I said okay just chargeme for my coff

Had the French Dip and would definitely go back. Enjoying my homemade black berry cobbler today and it's almost as good as Aunt Vera's!

It's been a few months but then are still my favorite breakfast restaurant in the county. I highly recommend you visit for breakfast but all of their meals are very good!

We stopped by Generations Cafe on the way back from camping all weekend and we were welcomed with friendly service, warm coffee, and the most delicious caprese grilled cheese and fried chicken sandwich lunch! Would recommend to anyone heading to or stopping by Higginsville!
