Golden Corral Buffet Grill

The menu at this restaurant is always the same and lacks variety. It feels like they never change things up. The service could be more enjoyable if the staff seemed happier to be there, rather than looking like they want to be anywhere else. Overall, it would be more pleasant for families to dine here if there was a bit more enthusiasm from the workers.

The dining experience was fantastic, the ambiance was perfect, and the staff were excellent. It was truly the best meal out I have ever had.

Eating was super, extremely hot. they wait the staff efficiently clearing plates away and it was clean.

Unfortunately I just had one of the worst experiences of my life with the staff/management at this restaurant in Collinsville. It’s quite sad, and as a fellow business owner, I hope the owners know what type of people are representing their name and reputation. I can’t think of a time I’ve felt more disrespected and embarrassed.
