The food here is absolutely delicious—definitely worth trying! However, I did notice that while most of the staff are polite, there seems to be a sense of urgency that makes them come across as a bit short or abrupt. At one point, I was told that my order wasn't what I had originally requested. If things hadn't felt so rushed, I believe my request could have been communicated more clearly. I understand that the staff is busy and trying to keep things moving, but there's no excuse for being rude or correcting customers in that manner. In hospitality and customer service, it’s important not to make the customer feel like they’re in the wrong.

Kruta Bakery is truly a gem in the area. I’ve been a regular for years, and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. There’s something special about family-owned businesses; they build relationships with their customers and you can really feel the care they put into each product. Kruta Bakery is the real deal!

This bakery is my wife's favorite. She grew up in this area, and now that we've moved back, she always wants to visit. They have fantastic donuts and pastries, and the service is excellent. Even when there's a line, they serve customers quickly.

Absolutely the BEST bakery on the east side! For almost 30 years here. Everything in the bakery is delicious! High recommend you stop in for some treats that silly your taste buds!

The Best goodies ever. Drove 2.5 hrs to try them and will be back soon very soon. CREAM HORNS are well worth the drive but all was delicious that I bought. Love this place
