Smoothie King - Collinsville

Ordered on the app. I clicked the granite city location. Well when I went to check out and right after hitting submit I noticed that it switched it to the Collinsville location at some point... Called them immediately and they told me that there is nothing they can do? Sooo I guess I'm just out of the money. Thanks...

What kind of place don't accept 100 dollar bills smh my weekly smoothies I couldn't believe it

I thought smoothie king was supposed to be a decent establishment? However it seems that I was wrong. It seems to me that they aren't being led very well by their manager. When I came in to get my weekly smoothie I was greeted by a very harsh and rude young woman named Amber who absolutely reeked of marijuana. She was being very disrespectful and was so high that she didn't even know how to work the computer system. She not only had a bad attitude AND was under the influence but also messed up my smoothie completely. This is outrageous. I cannot believe that Smoothie King would allow someone like that to be in management!

The staff and service is wonderful. and the smoothies have been so good I keep going back. great rewards w the app

We visit this place regularly, and today it was just my son and me. The staff is really friendly, and the smoothie bowls are simply the best. Aden, my favorite, always prepares my bowls perfectly every time!
