Subway - Collinsville

The food and service were great at this restaurant, but it was so chilly inside that we ended up taking our food out to the car to finish. This seems to be a common issue at Subways. They should consider installing a separate heating unit for the dining area and another for the lobby. It was so cold that day that the customer behind us chose to leave without even placing an order. Overall, the dining experience was good, but the temperature inside definitely needs improvement. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing Subway I have ever been to. The young staff did not manage the store well, and they had run out of bread. How can a Subway run out of bread during lunchtime? The explanation I received was that they hadn't made any, which is simply unacceptable. It seems that this location needs better management oversight.

The restaurant offered outstanding and prompt service, with a friendly staff and spotless facilities. The food was fresh and tasty.

I really enjoy Subway sandwiches, but unfortunately, this location is the worst I have ever been to. Even though it's close to my home, I've tried it several times and have been disappointed each time. The drive-thru service is extremely slow, so be ready for a long wait. To avoid that, I attempted to order online for pickup; it worked once, but during my most recent visit, my order was mistakenly given to someone picking up Door Dash orders. While the young staff members were friendly, I've never seen any management present at the restaurant. Because of this, I will be switching to a different Subway location in Owasso for my orders.
