Wendy's - Collinsville

Ice machine was leaking 3 ft to 6ft around the entire machine, which also had no ice and no soda!! 4 outta 5 trash cans were completely full! The guy that did the front service was trying but he needed some help and asked a manager twice and I still did t get my order correct!! There were 5 workers back there and o ly 3 cars in drive thru!! 2 managers there Included!! WOW!

What’s the point of ordering online when I still have to wait 15+ min for my food but others who walk in get it right away

This Wendy’s man, I don’t understand why every single time I go through the drive through it takes at least 25 minutes each time! I love Wendy’s but this takes so freaking long and there’s always at least 3 staff right there standing and talking with one another.. I started 1 car deep at menu at 6:48pm leaving now at 0708… there is now a line of 7 cars

I left the drive thru it was taking so long. If you don't have employees enough to provide decent service, just close already.
