NOVEMBER 30, 2022 CHILD PORTION FOR REGULAR CHICKEN BOWL Although I still stay away from this store for the awful experience I had last month, my boyfriend went there against my advice and brought back a Chicken Bowl with just a third amount of food forover $11 ! If I was there with him I would surely refuse the order. This is so frustrating when no one from Chipotle reaches outto us to learn more about the situation. So To All Chipotle Patrons ? PLEASE MAKE OUR VOICE HEARD AND REFUSE ANY ORDER THAT ISSTINGILY SERVED. DON?T LET YOURSELVES BE RIPPED OFF BY GREEDY MANAGER. If we can improve the service at this store, we are theones who will benefit from the improvements because the management doesn?t just ignore our complaints. I can?t wait for the daywhen I can return to this Chipotle store to have a good meal with my hard earned money. OCTOBER 2022 TWO STARS FOR HOSTILEEMPLOYEE WITH HALF PORTION SERVED This week I had a bad encounter with an employee who stared at me with icy expression on herface when I requested her to give me a little more chicken when I saw that she just picked out SHREDS of chicken, not even somelittle pieces of it, and just served ONE LEVELED SPOON of meat. As we all know how shallow their serving spoons are, this cameto half the amount of meat i usually get from this store, one my favorite lunch stops in Colma. This particular employee (ormanager or whatever) should not be standing behind the counter to serve the customers because her manners and speech are rudewhen she coldly refuse my request. Unable to accept such half amount of food for my order I had no choice but to decline it andgo the another restaurant near by to buy my lunch. CHIPOTLE should make sure that the portion of food served should not be leftto an employee liking. Employee should be carefully trained and reminded to serve proper portion to all customers. Food and service was great even with a long line and inky 2 female employees working the line. Downfall, every table available was dirty. Had to clean my own space for 2 to sit down and eat. Also, drink, utensil, napkin station filthy.

My burritos was never rolled, just ingredients stuffed into a foil with one side completely open. The staff person would not help roll it properly and it was incredibly difficult to eat.

Vegan burrito ended up have a couple of chunks of chicken in it please be cautious for people who have dietary allergies and requests. i feel that i can?t eat here anymore because of this mistake. very unfortunate because i?ve enjoyed this location inthe past.

Heard a lot about this and was looking forward to trying it for the first time. Takeaway lunch for my friend and I and I opted for the bowl (because I love rice! . I picked beef and chicken. Taste wise, it was pretty average so not terrible but no partyon my taste buds either. Service was swift and lovely staff.
