Contribuisci feedbackI went in for the Popeyes promotion, which was $9.99 for 5 pieces of Signature Chicken, but the employee informed me that they didn't have it. The only option available was the big box. He blamed the decision on management, saying they were only allowed to offer the big box. I ended up getting the big box, but instead of being charged $5 as advertised in the promotion, they charged me $6 plus tax! So, don't believe what they tell you.
I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. The app for ordering food only allows for one sauce per meal, with no option to add extra sauces. This alone is frustrating, but I ordered two meals just to get two sauces for my shrimp and ended up with none. Despite selecting specific sauces, I received zero. When I tried to call the restaurant, no one answered, and the voicemail box was full. To make matters worse, this has happened to me twice while ordering through Grubhub, which suggests it's a consistent issue they don't seem to care about. I've tried using the app and selecting sauces, but both times I received nothing. They really need to hire better management and address their employee issues. It’s difficult to get any resolution when there's no one to contact. Overall, this place is a disappointment.
The food was excellent and arrived quickly. However, the cashier seemed uninterested in his job and mistakenly gave me a similar order meant for someone else without verifying the receipt number. I only realized it when the actual customer pointed out that it looked like his order. On a positive note, the person in the blue shirt, who I believe was the manager, was very polite and helpful.
It feels there is some dishonesty going on. They have a large poster advertising a $6 shrimp meal but when you want to order, there is a discussion in Spanish with management and the response is that only the regular $11 shrimp meal is available. Nextyou order a medium drink and they give you a small cup... Hard to trust these guys.
When I tried to call the restaurant for assistance, no one answered, and their voicemail was full. To make matters worse, my experience was even worse with Grubhub, where I faced similar issues with my order. It seems like this has become a regular problem for them, and they don’t seem to care. They really need to hire someone who knows how to run a business properly and get rid of the ineffective staff. There’s no one available to help resolve any issues. This place is a complete disappointment.
