Burger King - Colmar Manor

Typically, when I order food from this Burger King, it is fresh and hot. The service is usually great. However, tonight I ordered two double impossible Whoppers, one for myself and one for my mom. She ate hers without even checking it, but when I ate mine, I realized it was still raw on the inside. I feel sick just thinking about it. I finished most of my sandwich in the car and noticed the rawness when I got home. Though it's lucky it's not raw beef, it's still unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed.

The service at the restaurant was excellent, with the cashiers being respectful and friendly. However, I have to give this place only 3 stars because it seems that the kitchen staff do not always pay full attention to orders and any requested extras. When I ordered half onion rings/half fries, I received mainly fries with only 3 rings. My bacon king was missing bacon, and one of my wraps was missing onions despite my specific request for extra onions on both items. I recommend that customers always check their food before leaving, and that the kitchen staff needs to work on paying more attention to orders and customizations.

As for the food, once I looked up the menu on my phone, I decided on a Double Whopper with bacon and cheese, which was delicious. The fries were hot and salty, scoring an 8.5 out of 10. The Cherry Coke Zero soda was average, getting a 6 out of 10. The customer service provided by Donte and the team was great, even under pressure. Donte was especially kind and efficient, managing to keep a smile on his face despite the busy environment. It is important for the management to ensure that their employees have the tools they need to succeed and provide excellent customer service. Overall, despite the technical issues, the staff at this Burger King location did their best to serve their customers well.

The staff was over worked and you could tell. I got the Big Fish that tasted old but I waited so long I didn't complain. Restrooms need staff to open but were clean enough. Since BK left my area the food and the trip were worth it.

The drink machine at the Bladensburg location has been broke for months. They continue to dale beverages in the drive through with the cO2 out.
