Here is the answer I obtained from the manager: “In view of the gravity of your intolerance, cannot guarantee you cross-contamination, and by safety for your health, I recommend you book in a restaurant that will be more able to meet your needs.”
An amazing experience and delicious food. No glutenfree bread or pasta but there are glutenfree options on the menu. Like sauerkraut is amazing and the creme brûlée is divine. Meat is available to order but without sauce. The servers give amazing pointers to eat glutenfree, they are very helpful
An address to be recommended for lunch in Colmar even after 14 hours when the other restaurants close for the afternoon. A really nice welcome from the staff who enjoys to enjoy the guests. Thank you very much! On the kitchen side an originality for some dishes meuster fried for me) and a traditional cuisine for others. In this matter the sauerkraut dish was really good with the riesling glass. The decor is successful with this lavender atmosphere. And thank you again for this warm welcome.
Conscious and tasteful dishes! It's better to be very hungry before you go. Excellent lunch and good products. Thank you.
A very warm setting with an irreproachable welcome. A delicious sauerkraut. The desserts are obviously homemade. We came by chance and it was a very pretty surprise. The decor is worth the detour.
