This small discreet restaurant in a small street in Colmar is really top. The welcome is warm. Few tables think to book, it seems to me that it is complete every day or almost. It all starts with a very pretty little mouth. For the aperitif, a map of the beers of several local breweries. The choice is varied with some atypical products (beer with excellent smoky pepper) An interesting wine map. More, wines with glass and cherry on the cake, you are tasted to validate your choice. All with passionate advice and explanations! For the dishes, everything was very good, from entry to dessert. Fresh, local and worked products. I really recommend this establishment.
