This place offers every Michelin star restaurant I have experienced. it is a love letter to Colombian cuisine. it is more tasteful than central in lima and much less fussy than 11 madison park in ny. it may be strange to call this place underestimated, but it should be more honest hype among the top restaurants in the world. (ps: do not miss the alcohol-free beverage pairing)
We went to visit Leo 's bar. The doorman, with much mystery and arrogance, explained to us that there is a filter to be able to enter and live the experience of the bar. Since we did not have a reservation, unfortunately we could not enter, not even to see and know the place. We left.
La comida estuvo deliciosa y el servicio fue excelente. Definitivamente volveré a este restaurante.
How does this place not have a Michelin star?! eat, phenomenal. the service from this world. each piece of this experience felt worthy of the compliments. the decor is intimate and they can observe the cooks as they prepare the food in the kitchen. the history behind every dish that was served was beautifully presented and let us feel culturally linked to the indigenous folk Colombian. this is an experience they should not miss when they are in bogota!
