Brighten Hotels - Colombo

This hotel is a great place to stay. Although parking is limited, the security staff will assist in finding a spot. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

No proper customer care received by reception. Water glasses was in the room was not cleaned. Found trashes in the cupboard. A/C water out was leaking in the bathroom. most TV channels are not working.

This hotel is centrally located in Colombo City and features a fantastic rooftop restaurant. The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff is very welcoming. Prices are reasonable and the location is convenient. However, parking is limited.
