Divine Cakes - Colombo

Blueberry cheese cake is superb. Strawberry cheese cake is not very tasty as expected. Chocolate mousse cup is bit sugary.. and the texture is not very soft as expected. Shop is less crowded. Good place to enjoy Staff Place Calmness Packing Parking

It was an utter disappointment! I wonder why the Devine management do not pay the minimal attention at least to the minimal standards.. the cake was all spoilt and it tasted horrible...

The worst cake you could probably have.!! What an utter disappointment. You can see the difference between the two cakes from the given photos. They don't provide a quality service anymore. I will never recommend Divine cakes to anyone hereafter! Thouroughly disappointed.

We thought divine just only deliver freshly baked cakes.but they are sending the worst from their stocks. I ordered chocolate fudge cake on september pickme coz of lockdown, they have sent us august baked cake.. ohh disgusting , they have sent us a moldy cake. Complained two days,still no response Eating moldy foods, including cake, can be dangerous because you could be eating mycotoxins, or fungal poisons. Some types of mold can cause food poisoning, which can make you ill and result in stomach cramps, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and nausea.

Have been a customer for over years as we liked their ribbon cake...so was very disappointed when I returned a cake that was dry and had a strange aftertaste to hear that the management said that there was no problem with it.. There was no offer to replace even the remaining portion of the cake , part of which I had unfortunately served to friends who also didnt like it.. Would a customer send back part of a product and risk losing their money for nothing..? They didnt even bother to call and check back with us which is what should have been done.. Well, if thats the quality that's now been served and its considered OK and they are not bothered about the feedback of a long term customer, then I guess they have just lost that customer..
