Fire And Ice Pizzeria - Colombo

We visited Fire and Ice Pizzeria based on a recommendation from a vegan friend. The entrance may not catch your eye, but once inside, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and laid out. The staff is also very friendly. They have a small vegan pizza menu with three options, but they are willing to modify toppings upon request. We tried the “La Contadina Vegano” without black olives, featuring tomato sauce, tofu marinated in olive oil and garlic, mushrooms, and spinach. It was delicious, although we personally would have preferred it without the tofu. I have included a photo of the menu showcasing the other two pizza options. It would be great if they expanded their menu in the future.
