Klassy Pastry Shop - Colombo

I have always found their chocolate cake to be the best. Their pastries are also excellent. Keep up the good work!

The order received from this restaurant via Uber Eats was incorrect. We had ordered chicken and Chinese rolls but received sausage rolls instead. The biscuit pudding was disappointing, as it appeared to be just a few biscuits topped with chocolate cake icing. Overall, the experience was subpar and we would not recommend ordering from this place again. We did contact the restaurant to inform them of the mistake, and while they acknowledged the error with the Chinese rolls, they defended their unique preparation of the biscuit pudding.

I recently had a negative experience at your restaurant, resulting in a loss of business worth Rs. 42,500 due to poor customer service and communication. The staff, including the Supervisor and Manager, seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Despite valuing the quality of the food, I was disappointed by the lack of interest when I tried to place a large order for my 93-year-old mother and her cousins in Colombo. I will not be recommending or returning to your establishment, and will be sharing my experience with others.

Ordered jambo hot dog and sauce for delivery thro uber eats. The delivery was on time. The hot dog and the sauce was of average taste.

Their short eats and other items were very good in the past but now all their rolls or buns have more potato that the actually meat it is supposed to have their fish rolls or fish buns have NO fish...there mutton rolls or chicken wrap have more potato or onions than the meat....there meringue is insipidly sweet. They don't sell anything that is really healthy and tasty at the same time. They have expanded their outlet to look fancy with more parking but what is the point if the food is lousy. I have been going there for many years but NO more. At least tasty offers good quality short eats...
