My Friend Cafe - Colombo

My overall experience in there was not that great as I expected despite of the top points people have given so far.What I bought from there is vegetable rissotto and fish and chips.They both were not in the expectary level to satisfy my taste buds.Fish in fish and chips were not that crispy and not tasty like what we ate in other places but chips were tasted good.Staff is friendly but they didn't pay attention or even offer the menu card till we asked them after few minutes.May be because we got a table outside.

It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and have a chat. You serve delicious food very fresh preparation in 20 mts and mouth water recipes and its good for small birthday party can be organized very special rate, which is really worthwhile for money and very quiet place. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their services. The service standard is excellent.

This café located along Bagatalle road, but I think this is a hidden place and a healthy spot. So i visited with my friends to celebrate my birthday. *Food, Drinks and Desserts* We ordered hot and cold beverages for drinks. We can choose so many drinks items in the menu. So we ordered wrappers, Submarines and Sandwiches for main course. Personally I like chicken text max, it looks like a wrapper. After that we ordered chocolate brownies with ice cream for desserts. Prices are worth. Every drink items are within Rs. 200 – 450, main courses are Rs. 400 – 525 and brownies are Rs. 300. *Service Ambience* The staff was friendly. We had no problem with our orders. Cool place and there was not a big crowd. *Overall* Totally good restaurant for any foodie. Our Total bill 9500+ for 10 people. No government taxes or service charges. So I’m happy about this place and would like to recommend this place. Thanks

I had my kid birthday party from this place. Small Place. Food are good. Really restaurant is part of Envoy Mansion house. Not enough space for a large crowed. Max 15 to 20 can accumulated in one room. Only they have two separate AC room. Some time they don't have submarines.

Nice and cosy place. Food was tasty. Service was good. Menu is healthy. Even the nutritional venues for each dish is given. The sun-dried tomatoes were a little overly salty but, the fettuccine dish was nice. Avocados and Mint drink was tasty. The cannelloni dish and the fish sandwich was also good. Nice outdoor seating available.
