Pizza Hut Union Place - Colombo

Came here with my brother to taste their new addition MELTS. but really it not tasty as social media influencers informed. Just anothe average product from Pizza hut about it taste okay and you can enjoy all bites. Waiting time was too high. You need to wait untill some waiters to come and get your order and you need to wait to get your order to the table and you need to fait for the waiter to get the total amount and you need to wait for the payment confirmation and receipt.

The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with warm lighting. The food was tasty, with some dishes standing out as above average. Parking is available, and there is also a children's play area.

I recently dined at Pizza Hut Union Place and overall, I had a good experience. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and the food was delicious. However, I believe the dining experience could have been even better if the staff were more polite. Although they were efficient in serving the food, their demeanor lacked warmth and friendliness. It would have been preferable to receive a warmer welcome and feel more appreciated as a customer. Despite this minor issue, Pizza Hut Union Place still offers a good dining experience, especially for pizza enthusiasts. The quality of their food and the pleasant environment make it worth a visit. If the staff could enhance their customer service skills, I think this place would be even more enjoyable for guests.

The first Pizza Hut outlet in Sri Lanka impresses with superb service from its attentive team. The food is served hot and bursting with flavor, complemented by a calming and spotlessly clean atmosphere. Families will appreciate the dedicated kids' playing area. While prices may be a bit higher, the overall experience justifies the cost. Highly recommended for a satisfying dining outing.

Located in Union Place, this restaurant is both beautiful and spacious. The staff are all doing their best to provide excellent service. It tends to get a bit crowded during lunch and dinner hours.
