There for the high tea buffet and it was a good experience. The seats were arranged in the lobby area so it was a bit crowded. The price was 3600/per person and it was worthy. You can be there at 3:30 to 6:00. Wide range of flavors, sweets and drinks. Your bakery products were really delicious. I must mention that ice cream coffees were not refilled, even I asked them several times. Apart from that, it was a satisfying experience. The staff was good. Sufficient parking.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to spend an evening. It is conveniently located in the center of Colombo and offers a wonderful view. The interior is exceptional and includes all necessary amenities such as heating, a fridge, a TV, an iron and ironing board, a large table, cabinets with hangers, and extra pillows. The bathroom is well-kept and spacious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

A good place to visit and Dine with friends or family. They have a good ambience, an outdoor seating area is located near the pool and well maintained garden. You have 24/7 Dine in the restaurant and the service is good. Friendly staff, and Christmas Deco was amazing. It's simple and amazing at night.

My family recently had a disappointing experience at a buffet dinner at this restaurant. We had booked it for a special occasion and were attracted by the relatively affordable cost (around 5k per person after discounts) at a well-known hotel chain. However, we found the food options to be limited, with only 3 main dishes (2 rice dishes and pasta) available. There were no traditional bread options like naan or roti, and the salad bar and dessert area also lacked variety. The quality of the food was average at best, and we had to wait for refills on both food and cutlery. Some plates were not clean, which was unexpected for a reputed hotel. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and felt that we would have been better off dining at a smaller establishment with more options or paying extra for a higher-end dining experience. We had enjoyed a better buffet experience at the same hotel over a year ago, indicating a decline in their standards. We do not plan to return and advise others to think carefully before booking a special event here. Additionally, we were surprised to find out after receiving the bill that there were no complimentary cakes provided.

Unfortunately, there was a major downside during my stay, as the operator who connected my calls was extremely rude and unprofessional. This marred an otherwise excellent experience at the hotel, and I hope that the management addresses this issue to ensure that all staff members are polite and courteous to guests. Despite this setback, I would still recommend the Ramada Colombo to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Colombo. The hotel has great facilities, and though the service could be improved, it remains a solid choice for visitors to the city.
