One day was already good, including the service, bad experience when ordering pizzas, toasted orders, lack of adequate customer service when we tried to contact them to understand what happened, they just apologized, and our money and time went to waste. Never! Food: 1 Service: 1

I placed an order at Dom Marino today.. When it was 1 hour after my order hadn't arrived, I sent them a message and they informed me that it had left... When it was 30 minutes after I had “left” I called there, because on WhatsApp they no longer responded to me. Where they told me that my order hadn't even been placed, because they were out of CHICKEN! A lack of respect for the customer, the attendant was super rude, hung up the phone on me, said there was no one in charge there, when I said I was going there to resolve it, she simply said you can come and hung up the phone. So I waited 1h40 for the order, which never arrived, and they did exactly NOTHING! A rubbish service! I do not recommend! Cont... I got in touch again minutes later, and the pizzeria opens the messages and DOESN'T RESPOND! DISCARE! DISCARE!

Horrible experience, I placed an order that was supposed to take 40 to 50 minutes... it took 1 hour and 30 minutes and I called to ask if it would take longer... they informed me that my order didn't have a flavor, they asked me to change the flavor and you wait another 40 minutes for the order to come... I don't recommend it, they don't care about the customer.
