Burger King - Colonial Heights

I ordered a double Whopper with a large fry, a Coke, and a side of mozzarella sticks. Before I could even finish saying "large fry," she quickly informed me that my total was $11.98. I then asked if I could also get a Coke. The way she responded was shocking; she literally yelled, "Just drive around!" Despite how rude she was, I complied because I had only 20 minutes left on my break and was really hungry. When I got to the window, she took my card but only handed me a bag with the burger and mozzarella sticks—no fries or drink. I tried to explain that I had also ordered a drink, and her response was to act offended, saying I didn’t mention it. At that point, I was frustrated and told her that if she had let me finish, she would have known. She then had the audacity to curse at me, and when I asked for my drink, she angrily refused and slammed the little window shut. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and really frustrating. The staff member's attitude was appalling, worse than the food itself. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you want to deal with such a rude atmosphere. This happened on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at around 1:10 PM, at 501 Southpark Blvd, Colonial Heights, VA 23834. I sincerely hope they address her behavior; she could really use some coaching on customer service.

I have never once received the correct order from this restaurant. Even after months of not visiting, I still end up with the wrong items. I ordered a #8 sausage and egg biscuit with sweet tea, but instead, I received a chicken and cheese biscuit. After returning the order, I was given a sausage and egg croissant instead. I tried to call, but the phone is disconnected. Despite the changing managers and employees, the issues remain the same every time.

Terrible service. The employees are rude and unorganized. How do you forget fries for one meal? Incompetent.

I specifically requested no tomatoes on my Whopper Jr., but they still added them. It's disappointing, especially since that was the only thing I ordered.
