When I got to the drive-thru, the employee asked if I had ordered a 12-piece wing, to which I replied no, I ordered a family meal and provided my name. She informed me that the order had already been picked up. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, she repeatedly told me there was nothing she could do because someone else had already taken it. She even mentioned that this kind of mix-up happens quite often. When I asked for assistance, she suggested I call customer service, but she was dismissive and rude throughout our interaction. It was frustrating to realize that this KFC seems to misplace orders frequently without offering apologies or solutions for mistakes that could easily be prevented if the staff paid more attention to their work. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I left feeling unsatisfied.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from this KFC, as they consistently miss items from my orders and they are often incorrect.
The chicken sat under the light too long, my crispy chicken was rubbery and greasy. I prefer Bojangles, I don't know why I stopped here.
Picked up cole slaw and a soft drink. Both were excellent.
While the stressed out person at the drive through did her absolute best ..they opened thirty minutes late with an additional fifteen minute wait for the food. All employees but two had called out.
