Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant used to be fantastic, but my recent visit on August 7, 2022, was disappointing. I ordered a club sandwich with fries, but half of the sandwich didn't have any cheese, while the other half did. The girl who made my sandwich piled a mountain of olives on the half that was supposed to have cheese, making the sandwich completely wrong. As for the fries, I received an empty container with just cheese in it. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I didn't expect such a mix-up with my order. I requested Chili Mac and cheese, but received plain Mac and cheese without the chili. I ordered burgers without cheese, but they came with cheese. I asked for a House style chicken sandwich, but was given a spicy chicken sandwich instead. The Cheddar bites I ordered were supposed to come with Nacho cheese, but I received two orders without it. Surprisingly, they got the fries right, but that was about the only thing that went according to my order.
I used to love coming to Sheetz, but the service has declined significantly. I had direct eye contact with an employee named Araya several times while she was supposed to be preparing my order. Instead, for most of the 15 minutes I waited, she was engaged in a conversation with a colleague about someone—maybe friends? Our meals were overcooked, and I was left worried that she might have spat in my food while chatting about it. It’s frustrating because your workspace should be used efficiently, and if you can’t take orders in a timely manner, then why are you there in the first place?
If I could give a neg star, I would. The service was extremely poor every time I travel. And every time I order food, regardless of whether no one is in there, it always takes 20 minutes to draw and fill my order. I came in and out quickly, but it never ends. I feel like these employees are trained to keep ppl here intentionally as if we are not where to be. If I wanted to eat, I wouldn't have met a gas station. Partial
So I ordered some food to be picked up at 3 am. SOMEHOW while waiting for my movie to finish I fell asleep. Genius right? When I get to the store at 5 am the mobile order kiosk is empty. Heather and Zack were so so sweet. Not only did they remake my order for me, Heather was nice enough to give me a fountain drink while I waited. They never once made me feel like the jackass I am for not picking up my order on time, and I will definitely be back for another order. THANK U GUYS!!!
