Wendy's - Colonial Heights

On February 3, 2022, at 9:30, I placed a mobile order and was served right away. I made several changes to my order, but everything came out correct. The young lady who assisted me was friendly, and most of the food was hot, with the exception of the nuggets, which were easy to reheat. The location on Williamsburg Road could certainly learn a thing or two from you!

The food was enjoyable, and I have no complaints. The service was excellent. However, the fries weren’t hot or very fresh, but everything else was great.

They typically provide excellent customer service, but more often than not, there's something they're out of, like chocolate frosties or other items.

Usually have no problems with my special order (plain, no cheese!! at this Colonial Hts location..not superfast, but definitely on the ball
