I was craving Wendy’s usually never eat at fast food. I wanted a small Asiago ranch which I clearly said. Get to window was given a large and the price is ridiculous. The manager was right there and he was not nice. So they had no problem swapping my 2 large sodas for a small and I said well is this the same price. I was told yes. I looked online when I got home and it clearly is not. So not only did they take my large soda for a small they did not give me.a refund. Will never be back again!!!!!
This is the only Wendy's location I choose to eat at I've never had a problem with the food and it's nice and piping hot everytime and fresh. The employees are always nice and cordial. 5 ????? out of 5 for me ?
Ordered through uber eats at 10:45 pm and the older short Indian lady inside screamed at me we’re closed on the opposite side of the kitchen and then disappeared to the back. very disturbing. i just lost $16 cause she wanted to be lazy and not do her job. disgusting find better employees.
On two recent occasions, exceptionally great service and even better, food that reminded me of my FIRST Wendy's experience!! Even the bathroom was clean. The french fries were fantastic! We ordered the new/limited time Strawberry Frosty delicious. The chicken nuggets, spicy nuggets, and chicken sandwich were awesome, too! Thanks to the Staff and Managers running this location didn't disappoint!
