Obie’s Barbeque - Colorado City

The BBQ was amazing, the staff was very friendly. It is just 25 minutes from the north side of Pueblo well worth the ride. The Prime Rib smoked great taste of the brisket and turkey were apart and tasteful. Whoever does smoking here knows how to do it right! Great smoker. Oh, yeah, the view is great. We will often come back

Now called High Octane Bar Grill. Best BBQ I ever had... The Spicy Sausage and Ribs are amazing! My favorite was the Pecan Bread Pudding Alamode! I highly recommend it! We'll be back.

We went to lunch, so it wasn't too busy. Not sure how dinner would be. Had the 1 meat plate that was appropriate to $13. The bride had a very good bark on it. Okra was like the Pommes. Maybe it would have made a 5 star. Pulled pork was a little dry, definitely needed the grill sauce.. Will try to check out outside when it gets warm.

Nice little restaurant with full bar and delicious food. I loved her bbq sauces especially the spicy. Very clean and many TVs for sports music and news. I had the Jack Burton special sandwich and loved it. It comes with pull pig, bbq sausage and bacon. I hope to go back to this area to try their bribe.

Waitress was amazing! She was friendly and didn’t mind finding out answers to my questions! We ordered a 2 meat plate and the chicken grilled cheese! The meats were great and hefty 12oz total on that two meat! The sides were alright. The green bean casserole had big chunks of celery in it, so beware the mashed potato casserole was extremely dry. I really enjoyed the potato salad tho!
