It came with cheese, salad, onion, etc. The rolls were thick, but super soft. It was just so delicious. The fries were salty, but crisp and really good. We ordered the Bisonburger and that was good. The chicken burger is a hit and miss. It is either too sharp or not at all or dry. In our situation it was unfortunately not sharp and dry. The service is pretty great. You hear asking for feedback and discount on non-perfect foods. They seemed child-friendly in the upper level. The bathrooms are very clean. There is a lower level that seems to be a bar.
I've been here a few times and it's my way to S Tejon. It has a relaxed but welcoming atmosphere and good service. The food is excellent. Here are the Steak frites, truffle friars and Cobb salad all are recommendations. Not shown here are any of their burgers that are all incredible.
Great experience in Colorado Craft. Excellent food and atmosphere. The chicken sandwich was a little spicier than expected to be so careful when you order it. Also has a children's menu for the young.
Because I'm not too fond of burgers, I was skeptical to eat in this place. But when I saw the burgers, I was impressed. Then I ate my burger, and it was by far one of the BESSST burgers I ever had in my whole life! I recommend eating 1,000 here
Love the food at Colorado Craft! You have to try the lolipops (pictured) and macaroni and chesse. It also has a downstairs speakeasy called The Archives, which shares the same kitchen, but is a more intimate (lights down low) setting.
