I have ordered something different every time and it has no time to disappoint. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The food is made to order, so it takes a few minutes to get everything together. Great staff!
Great sandwiches.. tried the Ruben and was not disappointed.. here thought it was still schlotzkys, but now it is rocky Bergdeli. decided to try it and glad we did. You have a killer breakfast menu available. we will try the next!
I've eaten at this location a few times since I moved out here a few years ago. First it was Schlotzsky's and then it changed to Rocky Mountain Deli. I always got good food every time. Now it is Apollos Deli and Mo's, which is down south BBQ style. I met Mo there at the shop and he was very nice to talk to and I could tell he has a lot of passion for food. He hooked me up with a sample of his fried mushrooms and they were killer. I promised him I'd try the fried Catfish next time I come in. I ended up ordering a Cheesesteak sandwich because it's always a good way to find out how good a sandwich shop is. The food came out hot and it was delicious. Thin sliced roast beef with sauteed onions and peppers with melted provolone on top. What I liked was that it wasn't overly drippy and the bread was nice and soft, with a crisp on the outside. The manager, Aaron, was very hospitable and we chatted about 90's NBA basketball for a little while. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the people running the place. The food was good and to top it off, they have Strawberry soda. I'll be back for sure and I'll be checking out the Catfish. Thanks for the lunch guys. See you next time!
I've been fortunate to be able to try out some of the delicious creations from this deli located in this Valero gas station. First of all, this is a get and go operation. Don't expect any seating, there isn't room. About the food, they are using Boar's Head products, which are some of the best out there. The bread is fresh and local, and reminds me of European fare. Update: Picked up a Sausage and gravy breakfast burrito yesterday for this morning. Completely delicious. Well balanced with real egg whites. Reasonably priced and a good size. Please enjoy one.
I can’t get over how good this place is. Like seriously, has better sandwiches than any other place in the springs—hands down, no questions. SoCo is my favorite sandwich and you WON’T leave hungry because they stack them high. You have to try the cinnamon rolls too, I’m obsessed. Great prices, great food, great service. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say.
