I also think it's a bit sharp because it's curry flavored. they need to get the gluten-free bread because the regular bungalow is not vegan. otherwise they have wonderful sweet potatoes and even a vegan aoli make. when they ask, they will show them the recipe for everything they make in the house, which can be very helpful. overall a good burger but hardly possible.
The burger is a little creepy. it is from quinoa, garbanzo and mushrooms, but definitiw edible! when they are in colorado springs, they try it.
Great place to get a burger, they use local ingredients. I want to add the green chilies. updated from previous review to 2017-12-20
Not bad! The vegan burger was a little messy but as long as you don't mind getting your hands a lil messy then you're good! It tasted pretty good and had a bit of a spice to it but wasn't hella spicy, but enough to notice. It kind of had the consistency of stuffing so it can fall apart easily but I enjoyed it!!
The first time I went and ordered the veggie burger it was a sloppy gross mess. I didn't even attempt at eating it. Due to the lack of options in this city I tried again hoping it was a fluke. I even asked them to cook it well done. But it was still a disgusting pile of mush. If this place is going to offer veggie burgers they should learn how to cook them. I'll never go back.
