Carnelian Coffee - Colorado Springs

Every time I visit this restaurant, I am always impressed by their fantastic coffee. No matter what I order, it always tastes amazing. Additionally, I am a big fan of their vegan breakfast options, especially the sweet potato biscuit - it's my favorite.

The lavender latte was delicious! I got mine with soy milk! Sweet potato biscuit vegan scone also delicious! Sat outside enjoyed the beautiful mountains!

I ordered the breakfast burrito, which was fantastic. Although my son didn't want the vegan breakfast sandwich, the restaurant accommodated us by allowing him to have a plain vegan biscuit instead. It was delicious, moist, and had an amazing flavor.

I can't help but love this place more and more each time I visit. I always order the orange cinnamon cappuccino with oat milk and it never fails to impress me. When I'm hungry, I always go for the vegan burrito without a doubt. Their pastries are also amazing. This place is simply unbeatable!

I had the breakfast burrito, which was fantastic. my sohn didn't want the vegan breakfast sandwich, but they were ready to just leave him the pure vegan biscuits. it was delicious. not dry and amazing in taste.
