Chick-fil-a - Colorado Springs

My son really enjoys this location. The parking lot is easy to access, making it convenient to park nearby and walk in. If you prefer, you can wait in line outside, which moves quickly. The only thing I wish is that Chick-fil-A would stop using MSG in their chicken. I understand that this isn't the fault of this specific location, so I didn't take away any stars for that.

They were fantastic! When we first arrived, I almost decided to leave because it was so crowded with cars and people. However, we found a parking spot and managed to navigate through the two-lane drive-thru. It was incredibly efficient; we placed our order and less than 30 seconds after sitting down, our food arrived hot, accompanied by excellent customer service. I would give them a perfect 10 out of 10 stars!

I'm not sure what's happening, but over the past week, this particular Chick-fil-A has really disappointed me. The food has been soggy, and I only received one sauce for an 8-count nugget even though I specifically asked for more. It wasn't busy, so this is just unacceptable. Last time, I paid for a large cloudberry drink but got a small instead. Now this too. I'm getting quite frustrated and am planning to start going to the Chick-fil-A on Dublin instead.

A server called matthew took our order, he was super friendly and very nice. all Chick-fil-A's are great, but this seemed super amazing. there was a playground for the children who is super comfortable (I don't have children, but his comfortable for parents who have children) I would definitely recommend this Chick-fil-A.Food: 5/5
