Horrible experience at bar. Ignored multiple times on a very slow night by inattentive bartender. Had to ask multiple times for silverware ... received...

Terrible service from hostess to waiting staff. we were not even welcomed at the arrival just told for this wise, for always waiting for service and eating. I saw that the staff was there to just socialize in the bar.

? I have been regularly at this place for several years (since a month) before switching off. I knew that I came back to this or any restaurant that I would geduld practice with current fighting in the right personal work. with this geduld I return to this place twice in the month, as I am in the close hosting tours. eating is not unique (but his something I don't cook home.) I returned because of the proximity, but more important for customer service. front of the house server seems somewhat overwhelmed, but the waitresses are the best. at my recent visit to hanging up with friends in the Christmas village in the Rathaus (a block away) we needed a warm place with familiar food. that was waiting longer than usual (expected as reading terminal was closed) and the personal problem was very obvious (three people came to interviews while we waited.) the biggest challenge they were confronted was the kitchen that was on the one who trained them, they might hasten the process. we noticed that this was waiting for a long time because more tables sent back to eat. our waitress dominique has a phenomenal circumvent with the chaos that is all about the rest to keep the manager responsible, get us gift cards for a future visit and transparent with their customers throughout the experience! I have made sure that I personally verbally praised them with a big tipp, but also wanted to honor them in this review. chili’s would benefit from better payment for employees, an intensive training with and without customers from a company level management and köchen. I think that this place can turn it around. will soon see
