Contribuisci feedbackI had a frustrating experience at this restaurant today during lunch. The staff member was rude and unhelpful. The portion of double meat I received was barely enough for a regular spoonful. I won’t be returning to this place.
A lady at this location gives the least amount of cheese compared to every other chipotle ive been to regardless of how much you ask for. Other members on the line give average amounts, but no cheese lady always seems to be on the line these days. Now 15$ for a burrito and drink, go to a different chipotle for a burrito worth its value in ingredients.
My daughter wanted a quesadilla, so I decided to visit Chipotle. I asked if they could make me a classic, simple quesadilla with melted cheese, like they used to, but the staff member refused, saying they haven't made those for two years. I know that other Chipotle locations still make them. It seems like they just won’t do it for some reason. If they want to turn this into a successful menu item again, it doesn’t seem like that will happen anytime soon.
The floors were sticky, and the food had more fat than actual meat. They definitely need to improve their cleaning.
Freshly prepared ingredients. we had a doublesteak burrito with guacamole. our fat tire craft beer was ice-cold and refreshing with the salty tortilla chips. simple online ordering system and their rewards are great, we have a bogo deserved that I am quite excited to use the next time we visit.
