Employees were as incredibly sweet and real as ever. they also gave us some great new drinking recommendations and could put a smile on our faces

Response to Manager Edit: I don't believe reaching out to the customer service team to lodge a complaint is the best solution. It's important for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction. Just because I didn't want to wait doesn't mean there was anything the staff could have done about it. The food here is delicious. It's important to note that this is a food truck, so it's understandable that it may not have the best gas mileage. Can the customer service team fix my truck for the cost of two coffees and a cream? Overall, it was a good day.

Every time I visit, the staff are incredibly friendly and easy to talk to! Though there may be a long line at times, they work quickly and the drinks are definitely worth it. This place is my go-to!

The staff at this restaurant are always incredibly kind and friendly. I tried the Vampire Slayer Freeze and my wife had the Chai Billie Jean, which were both delicious. These are our favorite drinks and this is a wonderful spot for a pre-work pick-me-up.

Super friendly staff but the reason for 3 stars is because if you want a little bit of coffee with your carmel go here... was way too sweet, literally like 10 times the amount of caramel they usually give. Like 2 inches at the bottom of my cup
