Hops N Drops - Colorado Springs

This place is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, the drinks are exceptional, and the food is simply outstanding—all at very reasonable prices. I regret not taking any pictures of my appetizer (smoked rib tips) because I couldn't resist diving right in. I'm sure I'll be back, so I'll make sure to post some photos next time. I had a wonderful time with friends, and it's also a great spot for families. Two thumbs up!

The food here was quite good. However, the grilled chicken in our salads looked and tasted somewhat like it had been boiled. The flatbreads and sandwiches were really enjoyable. The staff was quite insistent about the add-ons; we didn't try them this time, but perhaps we'll consider it on our next visit.

Well this would have been 4 stars for the first visit..but after the second it would have been pretty close to one. So I will go with two! Let's talk fish and chips..my first visit I had great fish and chips. The fish had a nice batter..tasted great and perfectly fair for the price. My second visit the fish didn't appear to be the same (main reason for my return). Batter seemed different but the kicker was each fish portion was just bigger than a kids chicken nugget. I asked if the fish had changed and was told..nope it's the same. I am many things..but not stupid! That all said the beer was cold and the fries were good. Service was slow..slow enough that I finally paid my bill with the qr code just so I could get home..but the server was friendly albiet MIA mostly. Is it bad..no... would I spend my money somewhere else..yes. Try the burgers..maybe your results will be better.

Skeptical at first, but pleasantly surprised. The food was good and the service was friendly. The drinks were flavorful and cold. I got a big Hops'n'Drops Pale Ale that stayed icy cold for the duration of my meal. There was practically no wait during the dinner rush even though other places were experiencing major delays.

Walked in at 11 on a Sunday....immediately sat, waitress was pleasant. Ordered the jalapeno cream cheese burger. Food made it to the table in timely manner, burger and fries were delicious. Will return for more!
