Jersey Mike's - Colorado Springs

I like jersey mikes but every time I come into this location and order the giant Philly with Double meat and cheese I see the same girl at the grill throw on an extra one half of the steak that normally goes on their Phillies, that is not double meat that’s one and a half meat lol. It really only upsets me when I’m paying $24 for a sandwich that I wouldn’t have to pay anywhere else. I will most likely go to another Jersey mikes and see if they do the same thing, if they do then I will know it’s not the girls fault but the store policy and I will just simply opt out of supporting this business again.

I love their turkey provolone sandwich! I always get it Mike 's Way, minus the tomatoes. The oil dressing makes the sandwich!! And the meat, cheese and bread is always fresh. I try not to eat out very often, but when I do, this is my go to spot! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Update ! They took the time to make things right and reached out again ! Thank yall !! I had some sandwiches delivered for my Birthday only to have a hair in one and the other be completely wrong... when you order on their app door dash delivers it so you go through multiple people until you reach someone who can help.. after being directed to corporate and then to the store directly I was able to get ahold of a manager who offered me a gift card. I happily accepted and waited 2 weeks for a $10 gift card for a $28 dollar order.... cool Probably will stick to orders in person from now on...
