Still a very dry sandwich. This location is very disappointing. They didn't getmayo to the corners of the bread.
I come here all the time for lunch and today Mike was all by himself and even tho I had placed my order online he said it's about a 20 minute wait so I waited, only about 10 minutes. Food did not lack in the same quality im used to from this locationeven tho he was the only one there. Even tho they don't usually add the extra onions and peppers that I love, I'm not gonna be aKaren about it .. Only thing I'd say to the manager of this JJ's is give Mike a raise and hire more people. This one is defunderstaffed but I sat in the parking lot and ate and watched at least 10 more cars go thru the drive thru after me. ThanksMike!
This restaurant is not "freaky fast" but rather "freaky slow." It seems they don't care enough to know their own menu, as they occasionally add items to your sandwich that aren't even listed. Disappointing experience overall.
We visited the drive-thru and were greeted by a very nice, courteous, and friendly attendant, so customer service was quite good. However, the food left much to be desired. The cheese-only sandwich we ordered, which was supposed to have cheddar cheese, came with provolone instead—definitely not a hit with our picky child. Additionally, the cheese was spread very thinly over a large piece of bread, and we were probably charged around $8 for it. The bread on the other sandwiches was not fresh, to the point where it was uncomfortable to eat. The vegetables were also not fully thawed. In summary, while the employees were great, the food could use some quality control improvements.
Delicious food and friendly staff! Located near Mission Coffee Roasters in the northern area of Colorado Springs, this is a fantastic spot for lunch.
