The broth was delicious and the prices are cheaper than most hotpot places. They are a family owned so service is a bit slow, but super friendly! I would definitely come again!
The Sichuan Hot Pot is delicious!!! Love the flavors and spiceyness! Best Hot Pot Ive had in Colorado! Probably among the closest to ???? that I've had in a long time. Would be awesome if they'd consider adding ??? to the menu some day : Very kind staff! Looking forward to being a repeat customer!
Came here on a Friday night and it wasn't super busy so so were able to get seated right away. The service was very friendly and fast. Both of the servers were very attentive to their tables and made sure everyone had everything. I think our servers name was Ronnie (I am sorry if that's not right) and she was very friendly, courteous, and helpful with our tables needs.. The menu is extensive and has a large selection of food and different flavors. We did not try the hot pot menu so I can't comment on that but the Chinese food was very good. Everything came out hot, fresh, and really fast. I had a Mongolia Three combo and it was Mongolian beef, shrimp, and chicken in one dish. The whole table enjoyed their food and had no negative comments. Needless to say, we will definitely be back here.
Can't really find hotpot in Central springs so here we are at this spot. Not bad looking inside. Got the combo pot which you could choose 4 meats . So 2 hot pots , wontons, hot sake, soda was over $100. Damn. I got spicy and eh it was kinda like a sweet spicy like a Tai ????. And I didn't really care for . The vegetable broth was good. It was an alright expensive meal that I drove over 30 mins for. Don't think I'd go back but glad for the experience.
It was such a pleasure to drive up to Monument on Sunday and to experience this new Hot pot cuisine. We were the first people in the restaurant and we're greeted enthusiastically by the chef /server. We enjoyed seeing the menus that you write on with a dry eraser marker. She did warn us about the spice level, and when I expressed fear over how hot my soup-base was she quickly replaced it for me with the mushroom soup base which was delicious! I really enjoyed the four items I chose as proteins and four vegetable options, udon noodles, black mushrooms, spam, the two types of beef meatballs and two types of tofu. I did think the sauces were unusual and I probably could have chosen something different. This was not a cheap lunch, in fact you are definitely paying for the novel experience. I believe each person was approximately $37 before tax or tip. I cashed out at approximately $100 for lunch for two people. I would absolutely do this again, I would absolutely take a large group I think everyone from children to grandparents would enjoy this experience. Just make sure you choose the right soup base so that you can enjoy your meal!
