Absolutely great food, great friendly service. Friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend any in the area must try this place.

Standing room only on Friday evening. Get there by 5PM to find a place to sit. The house margarita is good but the grand TiVo is fantastic. Don't drink more than three or you will be on the floor. The employees are very friendly and try their best to make patrons feel at ease. We like the shrimp casadia.

Enchiladas. They are enchiladas! I had one cheese and one beef, they were fantastic! I had one with green sauce and the other with red and Loved them both. My only problem now is, what to get next time! The service was no different than any other place in the springs. I have have found very few that have HAPPY servers. The only thing I didnt like was where we sat all the noise bounced off the walls and was really loud! but the atmosphere was fun and it was packed! Every thing my friend and I had was good. It was not bland, the chips and sauce were good, the cheese sauce was excellent! My friend thought even the mild sauce was to hot. But I like HOT! lol My husband and I are going there for our Valentines Dinner, so excited and my taste buds are drooliing awaiting the great flavors to hit my mouth!

We recently gathered to celebrate the life of the person who first introduced us to Jorge—Billy! He loved bringing his friends to this restaurant for a good meal, great drinks, and an enjoyable atmosphere, and it has never let us down. The food is delicious, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Even with our large group, we were seated quickly and received our drinks right away. The kitchen was efficient with our orders, and we were served promptly. The staff made sure our drinks were always full, and we cherished the memories of sharing a meal with our dear friend. When we return, we will definitely come back to Jorge's for a toast in Billy's honor and to reminisce about all the happy times we shared there. Thank you for creating such a wonderful and welcoming place.

On Friday night, we dined with 40 other people, so we had low expectations given the crowd. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service! The House Margarita was fantastic, and our drinks and water were promptly served. The food was truly remarkable. We tried the new appetizer, which was a cauliflower version of spicy buffalo wings, accompanied by a tangy cream to balance the heat. It was delicious! I'll definitely order that again; it's a perfect size for an appetizer or snack. The standout dish was Jorge's Burrito, which was enormous, and the green chili served with it was out of this world. Great job! We live on the west side, and we're always satisfied with the food at Jorge's, celebrating the flavors of southern Colorado.
