Land Of The Pyramids Egyptian

On your next visit to Colorado Springs, you must eat here. I can now add Egyptian cuisine to my list of favs. I had the falafel plate and it was amazing! And did I mention that the Egyptian tea is an experience in and of itself? Off to try their desserts.

Ate at this wonderful Egyptian restaurant tonight. The food was unique and delicious. We had 4 different dishes and they were all tasty! The falafel was the best I've ever had! The Egyptian tea was nicely spiced and sweet, and the sahlab made an excellent dessert! The owner was most gracious and appreciative of our business. This is definitely a restaurant worthy of repeat visits!

Some of the best food I have had in the Springs! I almost never finish my plate, but this one I did. I found the folks running it to be fantastic, and would recommend their shawrma to anyone.

Incredible aromas fill the air! The appetizer was a delightful sampler, and the Dolmas were absolutely delicious. The Shawarma plate was tasty, and the lamb pot was equally impressive. However, the desserts were a bit of a mixed bag. The pistachio baklava was outstanding—truly the best I’ve ever had—while the pecan cinnamon dessert reminded me of a delicious cinnamon roll. The shredded wheat wasn't our favorite, but it was still enjoyable. The interior could be a bit cooler, and there were quite a few handwritten notes and crossed-out items, but don’t hesitate to ask for clarification. The staff was very friendly, and we will definitely return. The flavors were simply wonderful! This was the best meal we've had in a long time. Just a heads up: the restaurant can be difficult to spot from the street, and Apple Maps has its location incorrect.

This place is fantastic! It's a cozy spot located in a strip center, but the food is exceptional! The owner and the chef are very personable, and my friends really enjoyed it. I highly recommend the okra Lammeintopf and the kufta kebab.
