Contribuisci feedbackI apologize for only sharing half the photos... but I believe the images really tell the story! Choosing Angie was a bit of a gamble, but I'm so glad I took that chance. After spending the last 12 years in Southern California, I've become quite discerning when it comes to Latin and Mexican cuisine. Angie truly delivers! In fact, it's even better than some of the top spots in Southern California.
One of Colorado Spring's hidden gems. The most authentic Central American food you could get and at great prices! We live in the northern COS, but we do the constant drive only for angies.
We experienced a server who seemed like she was on her first day at her first job—not too bad, but definitely lacking experience. We requested a plantain without cheese because my husband can't eat it, but it arrived drenched in white cream and crumbled cheese, which was quite amusing. When we tried to order a chicken pupusa without cheese, she said that wasn't an option. We also requested tacos with just chicken, but had to settle for other dishes instead. The flavors of the food were good, but the service left a lot to be desired.
Good value for Great Great food had the mixed pupusas and a tamale oh man! I can't wait to eat here again it is super delicious and the music they had in the background soft and enjoyable atmosphere too good job Angie's Latin Food
After visiting three more times, I decided to try the Carne Asada with sausage. The sausage was spicy and delicious, while the Carne Asada was tender and expertly prepared. I also had a banana smoothie made with real bananas, which made it taste incredible. The grilled chicken was very flavorful as well. The al Pastor tacos are still a standout. The tostada was impressive, though I wish there was pico de gallo to enhance every bite.
