Pueblo Viejo - Colorado Springs

I'm in Colorado Springs for a wedding and Pueblo Viejo was recommended. I had the Burrito pastor, original Margarita and dessert, I had the flan. Excellent food, amazing service and a wonderful atmosphere. When I return, I will definitely be back!

Nice spot for Tex-Mex. The waiter was super fast with everything and the food was tasty. I would recommend sticking to the basics like chicken fajitas. I took a shot on another item once before and didn't like it. Glad I came back and gave it another shot!

Came here while coming home and visiting the family and great service. Multiple hosts/hostesses ensuring we had a great experience. Oscar and his team were amazing, love it!

My wife and I enjoyed our Second Dinner there. We had to wait 15 minutes to get seated (short handed staff) but it was worth the wait. We were served without a big delay and liked the family style entrees. Great chips and salsa at the table. Iced tea tasted good.
