Of course, I had to get back to my car to get my phone to prove we paid. since I didn't know that my friend had placed a nickname on her account, we found out it was another name. just as I wanted to apologize for the mistake, as I was not aware of the change in the name, the dame at the desk then said rudely that they had said that we had given them to be appalled by the unnecessary comment, I said whatever woman, as it was an ruder to come back to misunderstanding. When I came out, she immediately said what was totally rude and unnamed for. you could have just regretted the misunderstanding and kept my business, as it was an honest mistake, but instead you wanted to be snippy and then fool with your personal, that you waited for my return. So, they can push it and much luck to be rude and keep their business. there are better restaurants with better eating. their quality has degraded in the course of the years and perhaps it is because they are associated with their poor decision-making skills.
I really couldn't recommend a place as much as this! eating was completely amazing. the service was beyond the top notch. I went away and felt like new friends. I can't wait to go back, that's my favorite place. many thanks to the staff so friendly and attentive and helped us celebrate my birthday. I'll see you soon.
We are big fans of Shangri-La. you eat is always delicious. the prices are reasonable. and the portions are right. try the Bourbon chicken. one of my favorite dishes and I never heard of it.
