Streetcar 520 - Colorado Springs

Really enjoyed everything about this place. Great atmosphere, great service, food and drinks. Would go back. The Korean Bao halls were great. The Poke bowl was served cold, I preferred to warm up, but it was melt in your mouth. I tried two cocktails, and both of them met the brand. All in my group enjoyed their experience and had a great time. I recommend trying if you didn't.

First visitor. Love support local. Hip and Chill Vibe. Clash of casual and upscale kitchen. Delicious food, fabulous atmosphere and great service. Sarah was amazing! From salads to poke, bowls to burgers, sandwiches, fish and more! Mac and cheese should die!

Visit this place frequently. You have delicious dishes that you can never go wrong. Beer selection is great and they have Guinness, which is properly poured (in times per Irish immigrants). The dining room is beautifully made and the bar is a great place to sit with friends.

Streetcar 520 was the perfect place to celebrate the first purchase of our friends on a Friday night! The entire table ordered drinks and appetizers. My Ruby Soho was a strawberry, Rhubarb and lime mule and came in a copper cup it hit the place! Strawberry, We found that our appetizers were well different in ethnicity and all INCREDIBLY! I personally had the Shrimp Étouffée and Grits. They reminded me of the Étouffée that my friend from the Bayou of Louisiana were on point! Great taste and spice, the casting were delicate and creamy, and the shrimps were perfectly cooked, not gumy or granular. My husband enjoyed the Gouda Mac and cheese of the Gouda flavor was remarkable, which is not always easy in a heavy cream sauce. Our other diners had the Kimchi-Fries and Carnitas-Nachos. We all agreed that we would come back soon!

Happy hour was a very happy hour indeed. The appetizers were excellent and almost filling enough for us to not need any dinner. We’d recommend the curry fries to share, and the Mac and cheese was excellent. Add in a couple of house wines, and we had a very pleasant start to a weekend.
