Subway - Colorado Springs

Door was locked, all the food was out and lights were on. Saw 2 employees inside and they saw me at the door and just stared. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Save your time, even though it says open, most likely lazy employees who don 't want to work or at least explain why they are closed will be there. Maybe we should pay them 15 an hour and that would make them work?

This Subway wasn't the cleanest one I've been to by far. The whole case was unstocked or had frozen veggies. Some looked bad. Won't return

Wish I could give them negative 5 stars. By far the worst sandwich shop in Colorado springs. Not only do they always screw up the order but bread was completely wrong and stail. Completely $h#t hole and no pride in their jobs. Will NEVER eat here again and I will make sure my employees don't eat here either. Won't ever answer the phone when we try to call. What a joke

Food: EXCELLENT PRESENTATION! TASTED DELICIOUS, I am extremely pleased with everything I purchased today. Atmosphere: Very Clean Store! Employees: Although the food was great, and the store was clean the employees were definitely very unprofessional. A young lady flat out told customers she didn't care when she missed a few things on their sub. Overall: Great food. Staff needs better training on hospitality.

The last few times I've ordered pick up, the order is never ready by the time I get there. And this happens when I order 20-45 mins in advance for a simple sandwich. I'm not going to bother ordering at this location anymore. You'll end up waiting for your pick up order anyway.
