Contribuisci feedbackI ordered 2 sandwiches through door dash I work at the hospital and leaving is not an option) Upon receiving my sandwiches I noticed the up charged items were missing from my sandwiches Sliced avocado, extra cheese) as well as other veggies selected for sandwiches. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who was incredibly rude. She very rudely asked me what was missing from the sandwiches and as I proceeded to tell her she rudley interrupted me and stated Nothing is missing from your sandwiches, and I will not remake your sandwiches! To which I replied I didn 't ask you to remake them, just simply credit back my money for the up charges I never recieved. The Manager stated it 's lunch time and she doesn 't have time for this I asked to speak to her manager which she responded I am the manager I asked to talk to her boss and she told me to call later and hung up the phone.I don 't want to pay extra for items, and not recieve them, get talked to very rudely, and hung up on and have no other resources to address the situation besides leaving this review.
Horrible service from manager. Straight up refused to accept a coupon even though the official subway app accepted the coupon for that same exact location. Would rather never eat another sandwich for the rest of my life, than go to this location ever again.
I will never return to this store, and I will tell everyone how poor this store is.Hours posted say open until 9 pm everyday. When I entered the store tonight, I was never told that the dining room closed at 6 pm; until I requested to dine in. I couldnt see any signage that the dining room was closed either. I truly didn 't trust that I was being told the truth either.I ordered food that I prefer to eat in a dine-in situation, and if I knew I was going to have to take it to go, I would have ordered something else or walked out.When I left, the employee sarcastically said, have a good night. I 'm guessing they made snide comments about me after leaving.
Couldn’t get lunch today, two adolescents were making the sandwiches and didn’t even have the oven preheated for toasting the bread. A short girl in a hood and a tall white guy with king hair in a beanie had me waiting for 20 minutes and ended up burning my sandwich anyway. I left while I still had time on my lunch break, don’t eat here if young people are making your sandwich.
I recently visited to order a chicken wrap and was told at the checkout that my total came to $12. Last week, I paid $8.00 plus tax for the same wrap. When I inquired about the price increase, the cashier informed me that the prices had gone up as of the 1st. However, after checking Subway's website for the updated prices for 2023, I discovered that she was not being truthful. I ended up being overcharged for the wrap, and I couldn't reach anyone at corporate to discuss the issue.
