Korean food can be a bit intimidating if you’ve never tried it before, but it is incredibly flavorful and healthy. I highly recommend starting with their bulgogi (marinated beef), which is a favorite among my friends and serves as a great entry point into Korean cuisine. Bibimbap is another traditional and popular dish that is exceptionally tasty! As a personal favorite, I love the rice cake soup (just like Mom used to make). If you enjoy a bit of heat, be sure to add some Gochujang (red pepper paste) to your plate. If you like sriracha, you’ll definitely enjoy gochujang!
