Treehouse Bbq - Colorado Springs

While my workplace cafeteria is being rebuilt, several food trucks have set up outside the Verizon building. Today, I tried a brisket sandwich and fries from Treehouse BBQ, and I was impressed! The portion size was generous—I couldn't finish half of it. The brisket was tender and had a nice smoky flavor. However, I felt the sandwich could have benefited from a bit more BBQ sauce. At $9, the price seems reasonable but is a bit on the higher side for a work lunch.

If someone recommends fries with BBQ, I am all in! As someone who is gluten-free and can't enjoy sandwiches, Taylor prepared some snake fries topped with pulled pork for me. They were absolutely delicious! The pork had an amazing smoky flavor, and the seasoning was spot on. I truly appreciate this place for accommodating my dietary needs. Great experience overall!

At one point, this BBQ truck was at Nano 108, and we really enjoyed it! The sriracha beer cheese queso was fantastic. My wife and I loved the Brisket Sandwich and the Brisket Grilled Cheese. We would definitely come back. It's one of the best BBQ trucks in the Springs!

I just had the pork BBQ sandwich today and it was amazing! Great taste!

I had the special burger tonight...it was awesome! Highly recommend! I try to make it to wherever he is once a week...I love the street pork tacos.
